Domestic (U.S.) Orders:
Free shipping promotions are limited to the U.S.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping times provided during checkout are estimates from the carrier, indicating transit time after the order has been processed and shipped. These estimates do not include processing time and are not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for shipping charges or reshipments if carriers are late or delayed.
All shipping costs are paid directly to the carrier and are based on the shipping level and package size.
International Orders:
Customers are responsible for any import duties or charges, which are not included in the order amount. We do not handle customs payments and cannot issue refunds for any customs duties or taxes paid. Additional fees may apply depending on the regional carrier.
Shipping times may vary by region, and processing for international orders may take longer than 1 to 2 business days. Typically, international orders take 7 to 12 business days to arrive after shipping, subject to transit delays.
We cannot guarantee transit estimates for international orders due to common carrier delays and do not offer refunds for delayed shipments.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period:
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Calculated Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Return Policy:
We do not accommodate international returns due to the complexities of customs, shipping, and tax protocols, which can lead to significant delays and additional costs. Returns & Refunds:
For U.S. Customers:
We offer a 30-day return/exchange window for U.S. orders. To initiate a return or exchange, email our customer support team at support@ageofsuper.co within 30 days of receiving your package with the subject “Return Request.” Include the specific items to return, their condition (opened, unopened, used, damaged, etc.), and the reason for the return.
For returns, we provide a prepaid shipping label. You have 30 days to send the package to the specified carrier after receiving the label. If the package is not sent within 30 days, the order will no longer qualify for a refund.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@ageofsuper.co.
For International Customers:
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders at this time. All orders are final. For any issues or questions, contact our Customer Support Team at support@ageofsuper.co.
Additional Information:
Age of Super will not provide refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct before submitting an order.
You may cancel an order at any time before shipment. Products must be returned to receive a refund. Once we receive and process your return, a full refund will be issued.
