Refund policy
For U.S. Customers:
- Return/Exchange Window: We offer a 30-day return/exchange window for U.S. orders. To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer support team at support@ageofsuper.co within 30 days of receiving your package with the subject “Return Request.” Include the specific items to return, their condition (opened, unopened, used, damaged, etc.), and the reason for the return.

Shade Match GuaranteeFinding your perfect shade online can take a try or two. That’s why your first order is backed by our Shade Match Guarantee:

If your tint isn’t right, we’ll send you a free replacement in another shade — no returns, no hassle, shipping on us.

If the replacement still isn’t quite right, we’ll issue a full refund — no need to return any product.
Our goal is to make sure you end up with the right shade, not a drawer full of the wrong ones.How It Works-
Email us at support@ageofsuper.co within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and a quick note about which shade you received and what you’d like instead.

We’ll send your replacement or process your refund right away — simple as that.
Additional Notes-
The Shade Match Guarantee applies to your first purchase of Stealth Blenders.

For all other concerns (damaged orders, shipping issues, etc.), please contact us directly — we’ll make it right.

Because our products are personal-use items, we can’t accept physical returns if the product is opened.
We built this policy to keep things simple, fair, and human — just how it should be. -
- Prepaid Shipping Label: For returns, we provide a prepaid shipping label. You have 30 days to send the package to the specified carrier after receiving the label. If the package is not sent within 30 days, the order will no longer qualify for a refund.
- Refund Process: Once recieved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ageofsuper.co.
For International Customers:
- We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders at this time. All orders are final. For any issues or questions, contact our Customer Support Team at support@ageofsuper.co.
Additional Information:
- Incorrect Addresses: Age of Super will not provide refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct before submitting an order.
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order at any time before shipment. Products must be returned to receive a refund. Once we receive and process your return, a full refund will be issued.
